Les Jardins de la Valette invited to the Spanish Basque Country

Intensive organic training in the Basque Country

Intensive organic farming in Spain's Basque Country

Slow Food, an organization dedicated to the preservation of local culinary traditions and the promotion of sustainable agriculture, is preparing to organize an exceptional training course in the Basque Country on bio-intensive market gardening. For the first time, this training will be offered bilingually, in both French and Spanish, to enable enriching international participation.

From February 15 to 17, 2021, organic farming and market gardening enthusiasts will have the opportunity to travel to Vitoria, an iconic city in Spain's Basque Country, to take part in this unique educational event. The training will be led by recognized experts in the field of organic-intensive market gardening, who will share their in-depth knowledge and best practices for growing vegetables ecologically and efficiently on small surfaces.
